CUT
The first and most important part of buying cheap diamonds is the cut of the diamond you are buying. The brilliance of the diamond depends completely on the cut of the diamond. Please note that the cut of a diamond does not mean the shape of a diamond.
Clarity
This is where you can make great headway buying cheap diamonds. Clarity defines the number of flaws that are in a diamond. Typically, flaws in a diamond cannot be easily seen by the human eye. So, if you are buying cheap diamonds, this is a good place to cut corners.
Color
When a jeweler refers to the color of a diamond they are referring to the absence of color in white diamonds, which are graded on a scale of D which means close to no color, to Z. This is important when it comes to buying cheap diamonds, because moving down the scale, the diamonds become cheaper. For reference, Grades D, E, and F are colorless and more expensive. Grades G-J are near colorless and the difference is not visible to the untrained eye. As such, anyone looking at your diamond ring will not be able to tell a difference unless the person is a trained jeweler. This is where buy cheap diamonds and the correct setting come into play. Grades K-M are diamonds with a faint yellow color. By putting the cheap diamond in a yellow gold setting, no one will notice the light color!
